As soon as we arrived at Villa Siam, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated having access to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The rooms, though basic, were comfortable and impeccably clean. Even after checking out, we were allowed to use the common area until our bus arrived in the evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Khao San Road and within easy reach of attractions like the Grand Palace. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you!
100% Recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing weekend at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated near the center but tucked away in a quiet alley. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I also loved the fact that they provided free chilled drinking water and had a kitchen where I could make my own tea and coffee. Plus, the WiFi worked great!
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. my room didn't have any ventilation aside from a blocked window that we couldn't open.

I always return to this amazing place for my stays in Bangkok. The staff once helped me with a taxi recommendation. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, cookware, and air conditioning. Can't wait to come back for my next trip!

The 97-year-old Thai house was mind-blowing! The refurbishment maintained its original charm while providing basic facilities like hot water, wifi, and even hangers. The accommodating hosts upgraded our room and the location in the old city centre was super convenient. We loved the quaint rooftop lounging area with a jaw-dropping view of the 1920s-style wooden fisherman houses. Can't wait to come back and experience this unique, local-like stay again!

I enjoyed the rooftop terrace and garden. There was also a convenience store on site, just in case I needed a late-night snack. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus.
Who needs good lighting at night anyway? The constant glow from the 24-hour light in the room made it impossible to sleep.
